Monthly Bookkeeping
You run your business, we’ll take care of the books. Not only is bookkeeping required by the IRS but keeping accurate financial records will allow you to know exactly where your business stands. That is why all monthly services include a review of your balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows, where we’ll go over everything in layman’s terms and answer any questions you have. And you can rest assured that your books will always be kept up-to-date as we regularly go through your transactions and reconcile accounts. Additional services such as accounts payable and accounts receivable can be added as requested as all plans are customized to your specific needs. As a small business ourselves, we are always just a call, text, or email away, and ready to assist in any way we can.
Catch-up and Clean-up
Time to file your taxes but you haven’t touched your books all year? Are your financial statements incorrect due to messy books? Don’t stress about trying to get everything done on your own. We love a good project and can get your books in order in a timely manner.
QuickBooks Setup and training
If you’re a new business or don’t have any accounting set up yet, that’s not a problem. Let us get you started on the right foot by getting everything ready to go with a QuickBooks Online account. We’ll help you choose the version that is best for you and provide training if needed.
Virtual Services
All bookkeeping services can be performed virtually, so your location doesn't matter. We'll use QuickBooks online to be able to access your books at anytime. With the use of email, video chats, shared cloud storage, and various apps we'll always be able to stay in touch.
Pricing
Starting at $300/month
No two businesses are alike; therefore, the services we provide to each business will be unique. Prices are customized to your specific needs and are based on factors such as number of accounts, number of monthly transactions, and any additional add-on services you wish to include. One-time services such as clean-ups or trainings will also be dependent on your exact needs.
Quarterly Services
Some business may just be starting out or may be small enough to not require monthly services and financial statements. If this sounds like you, we can discuss your needs and find a plan that works for you. Prices starting at $150/month with statement reviews on a quarterly basis instead of monthly.
Free Consultations
During your consultation, we’ll gather information about your business and learn about any issues you are facing. From there we’ll analyze your books and provide you with a proposal of how we can provide solutions to all your bookkeeping needs.
